How to order

To order, you have the option to use our web shop, to call us +46 (0)31 31 33 239 or to email info@maskaknits.com. We are very happy to take phone or mail orders.

Shipping and delivery time

MASKA offers free deliveries to the EU and Norway and we ship within 72 hours. For deliveries to the rest of the world shipping is 15 Euro (20 USD). Normal delivery time is 2-3 days for Sweden, 3-5 days for Europe and 4-7 days for the rest of the world.

We ship with Fedex to all destinations except Sweden, where the Swedish Post Service is used. For accessories, however, we use normal mail to all destinations.

Fedex will deliver to your delivery address 8 am-5 pm so if you are not at home at these hours, you might want to consider your work address as your delivery address.

Payment

Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. Swedish residents can also pay with invoice. The currency must then be set to SEK. The invoice will be sent separately by mail and the payment term is 14 days. 

Prices

The prices are including 25% VAT. For orders that are to be delivered outside the European Union the final price will be 20% lower. Upon arrival however, the goods might be subject to local taxes or customs fees. For more details regarding local taxes, please contact your country's customs department. We have also collected information for some countries like Norway and Australia here. These import taxes and fees are however most likely to be lower than the VAT deducted. So your total cost should not be higher than the price including VAT on the MASKA site. Please consider the import taxes if you plan to send gifts to an alternative delivery address.

Security & Privacy

All card transactions on the Maska site are processed using a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside MASKA.

Exchanges and returns

It is important to us that you completely happy with your purchase. Exchanges (change colour, size, style) and returns (money back) can be made within 14 days after reception of the goods. (The item must be unused). In case of returns and exchanges we are grateful if you first contact us at info@maskaknits.com.

Return address is: MASKA, Tredje Långgatan 13A, 413 03 Göteborg, Sweden. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer, but if a product has a production defect, your shipping cost will be refunded as well.

In case of an exchange, the shipping cost of the new item will be free.
